• "The goal of the Macroelectronics program is to develop novel form factor technologies with the potential for increasing the utility of electronic subsystems while at the same time offering significant cost reductions over the existing paradigm. In order to reach its goal, the Macroelectronics program will identify and develop innovative technology to fabricate distributed electronics based on thin film transistors (TFTs) and flexible substrates. "
